Answer：Since the camera and the computer are not on the same IP network segment, the camera IP can be modified. (See Article 11 for modifying the IP method)
7：Question: The video is normal during the day and the red state is at night. Why?
Answer：First check if the infrared light is on. If the infrared light is normal, the IR CUT is not switched. You can select manual in the IR CUT setting, then click back and forth during the day-night, force the switch several times and then change back to the external mode to restore normal. . If you cannot recover, please contact the after-sales service personnel (see Article 10 for IRCUT mode settings)
8：Question: Is the camera with audio sound noisy?
Answer：The external pickups are too close to the sound and should be at least 1 meter apart.
9：Question: Why is there no sound when a camera with audio function connected to a third-party video recorder?
Answer: In the channel mode of video recorder, pls change the encording mode to be audio-video mixed mode or composite stream.
10：Question: How to set the IR CUT mode？
Answer：
1.Power the camera, and use network cable to connect cameras with computer in the same LAN.
2.On the desktop, double click X-CMS (
) to start X-CMS login interface. As follow:

After adding the camera, the device IP address will appear under Default（As follow:）
Also, you can add IP cameras manually and click Config Management——Begin to search. (As follow)
Check the device you want to add and click Batch add. (As follow)
4.After adding the device, press and click sequentially Config Management——Remote Config——Media——Video Capture，IRCUT Mode Optional，default：Passive,Starlight camera default：Active
11：Question: How to modify the camera IP address?
Answer：
1.Power the camera, and use network cable to connect cameras with computer in the same LAN.

Click Video View,Click on the added IP and drag the left mouse button into the video box to browse the video.(As follow)
